The Institute can't be bothered to take time organizing classes, drafting syllabi, or defining degree programs. We're too busy doing Projects. Each project is part of one of the Institute's Programs -- maybe the only part, but still . . . New projects can be defined and launched as easily as creating a page on this site. Maybe easier if the people doing the work just can't be bothered with even that little bit of effort. But as a general guideline, any project under the Institute should have a page here.
